"The ABC Center is unlike any other cinema or theater: it’s an intimate space where poetic films, emerging artists, and human connections intersect at the heart of a vibrant, accessible culture."
For this project, we had to interpret our role as an Interactive Media Designer. I photographed objects that may seem cryptic at first but are essential to us, like an X-ray, meaningless to patients yet full of insight for doctors. Darkness turns into light.
For this project, we had to interpret our role as an Interactive Media Designer. I photographed objects that may seem cryptic at first but are essential to us, like an X-ray, meaningless to patients yet full of insight for doctors. Darkness turns into light.
For this project, we had to interpret our role as an Interactive Media Designer. I photographed objects that may seem cryptic at first but are essential to us, like an X-ray, meaningless to patients yet full of insight for doctors. Darkness turns into light.
OBJECTS
As you can see on the photo, all the objects are significatly differnet (form, size, etc.) but have something in common, they shine bright (like Edward in Twilight). I wanted to put them all at the same size to show their details ans importance, even the smallest one is as important as the biggest one !

So for the new visual identity, I wanted to capture its story by reducing its 3 main characteristics (the place = square, the river/nuclear zone = circle and fire = triangle) into simple shapes, each one representing a type of event, the number is for the number of artists. Like this, I was able to create a pattern that could be used to the infinity. And for the colors ? Depends on the season, pink and green for spring, blue for winter ! One of my main inspo was the concert and cinema tickets. The overlapped texts brings dynamism and a DIY feel, while also recalling the messy look of printed tickets.
